Returns Policy

Our returns policy is simple, fair and easy to follow.

WHAT can be returned?

  • Damage to the item (Photographic evidence required)
  • Item significantly not as described
  • Different size delivered to what was ordered
  • Item delivered more than 5 business days late (in addition to the buffer recommended when dealing with outside Metro areas or peak periods as per Shipping Policy)

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Returns are offered within 7 days from the delivery date of the item.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

You will be supplied with a postal address to return the item to after submitting a Return Request Form.

HOW do customers return items?

Customers must log a Return Request Form within the “my account” section of our website. After submitting your Return Request we will promptly process it and supply you with a return postal address. All items must be packaged carefully for their return journey to avoid damage.

SHIPPING for returns? 
Customers do not pay for the return of items in cases where the item is faulty, damaged or late as per our policy.

CREDIT for returns?
The customer has the choice of a store credit or an exchange for items that are faulty or incorrectly described.

WE DO NOT accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You simply change your mind
  • You purchase an item that is not the correct size. We supply all the sizing information under “Sizing”.  At our discrecion we will exchange the item for the correct size but the buyer must return the item at their own expense and pay for postage on the replacement item.
  • The item is returned and is not in its original condition and packaging or has been used.

Please Note – All sales are final.  Only in extenuating circumstances will we cancel orders after the order has been submitted to us.  Once you finalise a purchase you have committed to abide by all delivery and return guidelines.
