Lush Pets uses Australia Post to deliver all of our parcels. Your order will be processed within 7 days. Delivery to all areas in Australia is within 15 to 20 working days from the date your order is processed. During peak periods, such as Christmas, Easter and other rush periods, delivery may take up to 5 business days longer than the maximum stated. Delivery to remote areas and to Western Australia may take 2 to 3 business days longer than the maximum stated.

As all of our products are shipped ,as ordered, from the United States we advise our customers to allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your items.

Please note: We do not offer expedited handling or express shipping.

As we use a third party supplier for all deliveries, Lush Pets cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to deliveries. If your item does not arrive or is lost in transit we are not responsible. Once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post it is then property of Australia Post and responsibility for the item(s) purchased passes to you. This means that the risk of loss for your item(s) passes to you. If further investigation is required to locate your parcel we will assist in any way we can but are not responsible for the outcome. An Australia Post parcel tracking number is supplied on your invoice once the item has been dispatched.

If you have provided us with an incorrect address or postcode, please email us ASAP at jayne@lushpets.com.au so we can fix the issue before your item is sent out. If not, we will not offer compensation if it goes missing.

All items are sourced direct from the manufacturer, if an item is not in stock then it will be manufactured. You will be notified of this and the expected date of dispatch, you will have the option of a refund if the timeframe is not suitable.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Please note, this email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
